配送ポリシー

Refund & Return Policy

We care about your satisfaction and offer a 30‑day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times


When you place an order, we ship from one of the following carriers (depending on weight, dimensions, and service availability):

  • DHL Express
    • Estimated transit: 4–8 business days

  • FedEx International Economy
    • Estimated transit: 5–10 business days

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited
    • Estimated transit: 5–10 business days

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email—please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s online tracking to update.

Return Shipping (U.S. Domestic)
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. You can choose one of these carriers:

  • USPS Priority Mail (3–5 business days)

  • FedEx Ground/Home Delivery (3–7 business days)

  • UPS Ground (3–6 business days)

Please drop off your package at the carrier’s nearest facility or schedule a pick‑up if available.


2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at service@yottoyfit.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. We’ll review your request and, if approved, send you a prepaid return label and packing instructions.

  3. Pack your item in its original packaging, unused, with all tags and receipt/proof of purchase.

  4. Ship via the provided label within 7 days of label receipt.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return (and obtaining our label) will not be accepted.


3. Eligibility & Exceptions

  • Eligible: Unused items in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non‑returnable:

    • Perishable goods (food, home fragrances, flowers, plants)

    • Custom or personalized items

    • Personal care goods (beauty products)

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

    • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, please email us before shipping anything back.


4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at service@yottoyfit.com so we can make it right.


5. European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off

If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banking or credit card processing may take additional time.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact service@yottoyfit.com.
