I wouldn't recommend this for people just starting to work out again. But if you already have a routine and some degree of muscle strength and balance, its definitely helps take your workouts to another level!

So it is really easy to put together. Great workout variety. I live the design. It made working out so fun and it wasn't to much. I have back pain and it was very easy. My dog did eat the handles so I am buying again. Its very worth it.
